Permission to Think Differently
Welcome to SWA Law LLC! SWA Law LLC is a group of attorneys dedicated to technology and commercial property law. As modern corporate lawyers, SWA Law's attorneys effectively communicate with a variety of c-suite executives, including information security officers and portfolio managers about best practices to mitigate liability before and after an incident or dispute – all protected by attorney-client privilege.

Sarah W. Anderson owns SWA Law LLC and LegallyCyber.com. She represents public and private entities on cyber incident response, regulatory compliance, the implementation of enhanced cybersecurity practices, and contract negotiations involving technology products and services. With an eye for cost-effective dispute resolution, Sarah also assists commercial property developers with third-party contracts and disputes. Sarah is licensed to practice law in Louisiana, Texas, Illinois, and Pennsylvania focusing on cybersecurity, privacy law, and commercial transactions.
In addition to her law practice, Sarah provides corporate training and professional education on legal issues related to cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, including third-party risk management, legal compliance, internal employment policies, risk mitigation, and insurance coverage through SWA Law LLC's sister company, Green Wall LLC.
